It’s not always the size that matters – it’s the taste! Sliders have long been popular for their unique texture and flavor. But where does this little burger come from, and what makes it so special?
Sliders traces its roots back to 1921, when White Castle in Kansas, which was also the first hamburger chain in the United States, began selling small hamburgers that were perfect for those who wanted a light and quick meal.
However, it was White Manna in Hackensack, New Jersey, who shaped the sled as we know it today. There are small hamburgers fried on a flat iron with onions and cheese, placed in soft bread buns and served in a simple but tasty manner. This simplicity has remained unchanged for decades.
At Brixton, we have taken this classic concept and given it a modern twist. We focus on quality ingredients and fresh execution, so that every bite delivers the perfect experience.
Come and taste Brixton sliders – small in size but incomparable in taste!
